Our twist on a Twin Cities invention featuring a grilled patty on brioche bread with applewood-smoked bacon, beefsteak tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, and red onions. Cut in half and sitting cut side down in our home made cheese sauce for that North Star State flavor.
